Z Sketches

So I found this guy's old references the other day and I remembered how much I loved him <3 Then I decided he needed a bit of a redesign (an excuse to get me to make him a new reference lol) so I sketched this thing, mostly focusing on changing his horns and tweaking little details, stuff like that. I also decided to make his natural form look slightly older, since he's only, y'know, a thousand years old or something like that. I mean, he's eternal, sure, but he likes to go for a more experienced, scarier look. So darker eyeliner! Fixes everything!

The overhead view of his really shows you how large his wings are. His wingspan is easily twice as long as he is head to tail, which is a lot. The force of his wing beats can crush some buildings and definitely keep himself aloft with little effort. He also uses his wings to get airborne quickly, since his size makes him slower than he'd like to be. (Not like people can really do much damage to him anyway since he's so big )

I'll be working on coloring his hew, official battle form reference tonight. Hopefully I'll get it done before tomorrow!~
